REGISTRATION
CONFERENCE
FEE
If registration and payment is received on or before November
5, 2003, the conference fee, including coffee breaks, luncheon,
networking reception and all materials is $695 for each participant.
After November
5, 2003, the registration fee
is $795. If two or more people register together from the
same firm, they may take advantage of our Team Discount of
$100 off the regular fee per person.
REFUNDS
Written notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations
and requests for refunds must be received in writing on or
before November 3, 2003 subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
Participant substitutions may be made at any time at no additional
charge. Thereafter, no refunds will be granted.
PARTICIPANT
LIST
A participant list derived from the information provided on
the registration coupon below will be distributed to all conference
attendees. Your registration must be received by November
14, 2003 to be included.
HOTEL
RESERVATIONS
Room rate at the New York Eastside Marriott Hotel is $259
for a standard room. Please reference PACT for hotel reservations.
The Hotel will hold this room block until October 27, 2003.
After this date, reservations will be accepted based on a
rate and space available basis. For hotel reservations, call
(212) 755-4000. Direct questions regarding reservation changes
or cancellations should be addressed directly to the hotel.
The hotel is located at 525 Lexington Avenue at 49th Street.
